Teens and Youngsters
Do you have a youngster who is in need of some coaching support to get back on track?
This can happen for a variety of reasons such as:
- recovery from bullying or trauma or nightmares
- exam nerves
- having to cope early with bereavement or major issues
- lack of motivation or not feeling like they fit it
- anger outbursts getting them into trouble
- developing unhelpful habits
Sometimes family members aren’t the right ones to be able to talk with and listen to the youngsters. The trouble is you so want to ‘fix’ everything and can end up ‘telling them’ what to do – in fact you can be too close to the woods to see the trees, as they say. It can really help having someone else involved and this coaching is non-judgemental, supportive and confidence-boosting.
“As a mother of two VERY spirited sons (!), godmother to 8, auntie to many….I love to work with youngsters, including disenchanted teens. It’s a privilege to be able to help.” - Jane Malyon
